The room was spacious and had a great view. The location was convenient, with a mall right across the street. One of the best aspects was the well-equipped gym, better than some more expensive hotels.

Communication was poor, with no notice given about the pool being closed and the rooftop being unusable.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. It is located near a shopping mall, making it convenient for shopping in Cancun. The hotel is also easy to access by taxi and is close to the beach, perfect for a day of relaxation. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, helping me with my luggage and giving me a tour of the facilities. I especially enjoyed the rooftop hot tub with its beautiful view. I had a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved. I was occasionally disturbed by noise from the neighboring room, which was a bit inconvenient.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel which is conveniently located at the entrance of a shopping mall. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, with housekeeping performing daily cleans, sometimes even twice a day. The hotel has fantastic facilities including a small pool on the roof, a spa tub, and a well-equipped gym. I was actually surprised by the quality of the rooms, nice and had coffee facilities. The hotel's location near the shopping centre was convenient, with many shops and restaurants nearby. it was easy to get a taxi right in front of the mall.

This place is amazing! I loved staying here as it is literally above the biggest mall I've ever seen, and I could easily shop and eat whenever I wanted. The location is also convenient with a quick drive from the airport. The staff here were very professional and helpful with excellent service from the room service, dry cleaning and tours/ticket assistance. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. I also enjoyed the indoor and outdoor swimming pool as well as the rooftop pool with a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing in the sun.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. We arrived at the hotel tired from our long journey, but we were greeted with a warm welcome and given our room right away. The staff was friendly and helpful, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a large TV. We also enjoyed the convenience of having room service available, and the food was delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was close to the medical facilities we needed to visit. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as difficulties finding the hotel entrance from the parking lot and the towels being a bit worn, our overall experience at Fiesta Inn was excellent.

Plus, it was only a short walk away from the downtown area, where we found some amazing local markets and got to try delicious tacos.
